PVC mesh fabric is widely used in outdoor furniture due to its breathability, waterproofness, UV resistance and lightweight properties, such as:
Umbrellas/pavilions: high tensile strength supports sun protection needs, while being breathable and preventing water accumulation.
Outdoor seats/loungers: mesh structure enhances breathability and avoids stuffiness.
Portable folding furniture: light and easy to store, suitable for camping, beaches and other scenes.
Weather resistance: treated with UV stabilizers to resist sunlight aging (such as outdoor service life of more than 5 years).
Waterproof and mildew-proof: PVC coating blocks moisture and inhibits mold growth (in accordance with ASTM G154 accelerated aging test).
High tear strength: warp and weft weaving process improves tear resistance (test standard: ASTM D2261).
