UV Resistant PVC coated tent fabric is a high-performance material engineered for prolonged outdoor exposure in high-solar environments. The fabric features a high-tenacity polyester scrim with a PVC coating containing advanced UV absorbers, hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) for exceptional UV protection. Available in thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm, the material offers tensile strengths up to 450 N/50mm and maintains 95% tensile retention after 10,000 hours of QUV accelerated weathering. The fabric features a PVDF topcoat that provides self-cleaning properties and ensures long-term color stability. Designed for tents, canopies, and outdoor structures in tropical, desert, and high-altitude environments.
