Stadium Roof Membrane PVC Material
Stadium roof membrane PVC material is a specialized architectural fabric engineered for large-span sports venue roofing systems. The material comprises a high-tenacity polyester scrim (1100-2200 dtex) coated with a PVC compound formulated for exceptional durability, fire retardancy, and acoustic performance. The membrane is available in thicknesses from 0.9 mm to 2.0 mm, with tensile strengths reaching 500 N/50mm in the warp direction and 450 N/50mm in the weft direction. The material features a PVDF topcoat for enhanced self-cleaning properties and UV resistance, ensuring long-term aesthetic appeal. The membrane meets EN 14716 and ASTM D4850 standards for tensile fabric structures, with acoustic absorption coefficients up to 0.15 and sound transmission loss of 22-30 dB. Designed for stadiums, arenas, and large public assembly spaces, the material provides reliable weather protection while enabling iconic architectural forms.

Stadium Applications
Stadium-Specific Advantages
Acoustic properties reduce echo and improve speech clarity for announcements and PA systems.
Translucent options allow 8-20% light transmission, reducing artificial lighting costs during daytime events.
High tensile strength enables column-free interiors with spans up to 15 meters, improving spectator sightlines.
Provides reliable protection from rain, wind, and solar radiation while allowing ventilation through design.
Form flexibility enables iconic structural forms, creating unique stadium identities and landmark architecture.
Self-cleaning surface reduces cleaning frequency; periodic inspection ensures long-term durability.
