PVC Structure Roof Membrane Fabric
PVC structure roof membrane fabric is a high-strength architectural fabric specifically engineered for permanent and semi-permanent roof structures. The fabric is composed of a woven polyester or fiberglass base scrim, coated with a specially formulated PVC compound that delivers superior mechanical properties, structural integrity, and weather resistance. The material is available in thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 2.2 mm, with tensile strengths up to 550 N/50mm in the warp direction and 500 N/50mm in the weft direction. The fabric exhibits low creep characteristics (less than 1.5% under 30% load over 1000 hours), making it suitable for tensioned structures requiring long-term dimensional stability. The membrane incorporates a fluoropolymer topcoat for enhanced cleanability, UV resistance, and aesthetic appearance. The fabric is certified for use in structural applications, meeting EN 14716 and ASTM D4850 standards for tensile fabric structures.
