Industrial Tensile Roof Membrane PVC
Industrial tensile roof membrane PVC is a heavy-duty, fabric-reinforced roofing material engineered for demanding industrial environments. The membrane comprises a high-tenacity woven polyester scrim (1100-2200 dtex) encapsulated within a PVC compound containing flame retardants, plasticizers, UV stabilizers, and anti-microbial additives. The material is produced in thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 2.2 mm, with tensile strength ranging from 400 to 800 N/50mm depending on scrim weight. The membrane exhibits exceptional resistance to mechanical stress, chemical exposure, and thermal cycling, making it suitable for factories, power plants, warehouses, and heavy industrial facilities. The surface features a durable anti-graffiti and self-cleaning topcoat, reducing maintenance frequency in polluted or dusty environments.
